Pedigree
Gianette's sire Aquilino was also bred by Paul Wendeln. After making his debut in sport on the course, Aquillino now competes in international Grand Prix dressage for Switzerland. In the German Stud Book he is listed as the sire of three licensed sons, five State Premium daughters and over 120 registered sport horses, some of which have won ribbons up to advanced level.
Her dam Gianna is a State Premium mare and produced two offspring that were successful in dressage.
The dam's sire Graf Landau only bred for a short period but produced numerous sport horses. The great granddam Verb.Pr.St. Zoliante is the dam of two licensed full brothers, Dream of Heidelberg I and II (by Donnerschlag), the last of which is on the British Olympic team with Emile Faurie. Zoliante's daughter Cami is the dam of a top CHIO auction horse named Burj al Arab (by Breitling W), who is being prepared for better things in the dressage ring in Austria at the Max-Theurer stables. Other Zoliante daughters also produced licensed sons: Lanciante (by Lanciano) is the dam of the licensed Agilan (by Abanos), Waliante (by Wall Street) the licensed Richellieux As (by Riccione), Goliante (by Telstar) the licensed Del Vento (by Donnerwind) and Eliante (by Sultan) gave birth to the licensed Wer Weiß (by Wall Street). This mare line has its roots in the Netherlands.
