The sire Abke, descended from Acorado I-Contender, was himself highly successful in international show jumping under Holger Wulschner, among others. Ten of his sons were licensed, including the NRW Champion Stallion, Bundeschampionat finalist and now internationally successful A la Carte NRW.
The dam, St.Pr./El.St. Journesse, who was also bred at Gestüt Wendeln, produced two licensed stallions in a mating to Argentinus, Aquilino, who was successful in Grand Prix dressage and Aquino, who placed second in the Grand Prix of Oldenburg, as well as no less than eight internationally successful show jumpers, led by Aquarell PW, who placed in Nations Cup and Grand Prix competitions.
The dam's sire, Zeus, has had a lasting impact on the breeding of show jumpers and has produced more than 20 licensed sons, including the stallions Zymbal I and II bred at Gestüt Wendeln, as well as Beach Boy, Zaandam and Zapateado.
Oldenburg performance line of Juliane III, branch of St.Pr./El.St. Journesse.
Jaffa passed a highly rated performance test in Vechta in 2010 and received the State Premium. Before she was used for breeding, she placed in elementary (L) level tests for young show jumpers and medium (M*) level tests under Joachim Heyer.
Jaffa is the dam of the OS winning mare Jella and Jamela (both by Last Man Standing). The latter competes internationally in 1.50 metre classes under Denis Nielsen. Among other things, she won the Bavarian Championship in 2022. Before that, Jamela placed in the Bundeschampionat Final with Jaqueline Bührmann.
