Aquilino is full-brother to the successful showjumpers Aquarell PW, Aquino, Atlantico, Jackie, Joy and Oli Azarro T, as to the dressage horse Alentejo.
The sire and stamp stallion Argentinus produced a large number of successful offspring whose lifetime earnings amount to well over 5.7 million Euros. He also has 55 licensed stallions and over 100 state premium mares among his offspring.
The dam Journesse produced two licensed sons, eight advanced (S) level show jumpers and two advanced (S) level dressage horses. The successes of her offspring amount to a lifetime earnings of over 190,000 Euros (2021).

Aquilino was licensed in 1996 in Oldenburg, won his stallion performance test in 1998, was stationed at Gestüt St. Ludwig and won the Danish licensing. Under Peter Weinberg he placed in medium level show jumping classes before starting the big tour with his Swiss rider and owner, Eva Senn, in 2007. In 2008 they success-fully competed in international dressage Grand Prix competitions. His offspring meanwhile also places internationally.
