Casey is the full sister of the four Bundeschampions Cindy OLD, Sir Heinrich OLD, Candy OLD and Caty OLD and especially Candy is the spitting image of her.
Her sire Sir Donnerhall I became Bundeschampion of six-year-old dressage horses in 2006 and finished best at the 70-day test in Adelheidsdorf in 2005 (dressage index 163.87). More than 100 of his sons have been licensed, soon 400 of his daughters have been awarded premium mares.
As the first mare in history, St.Pr./El.St. C'est bon became dam of five Bundeschampions: Sir Heinrich OLD, Cindy OLD, Candy OLD, Caty OLD and Casey OLD (all by Sir Donnerhall I). Sir Heinrich OLD and Si Bon were also licensed, and Oldenburg champion mares are Candy OLD and Casey OLD.
Oldenburg performance line of El.St. Cinderella, branch of St.Pr./El.St. Cabarett.
Casey made her sporting debut as a four-year-old with good placings in novice class dressage tests for young horses.
She finished her mare performance test in 2020 with a final score of 8.67, with dream individual scores for canter (10) and trot (9.5). At the Oldenburg Elite Mare Show in the Reiterwaldstadion in Vechta, she was crowned Oldenburg Champion Mare to the cheers of the audience. With Hermann Gerdes in the saddle, she also won the State Championships for four-year-old riding horses.
At the Bundeschampionat in Warendorf, she took second place in the qualifier and was even better in the final: with scores up to 10 (training), she became Bundeschampioness of the four-year-old mares and geldings.
Afterwards, Casey OLD was added to the broodmare stock of Gestüt Wendeln.
