Curly is the first daughter of the Oldenburg Reserve Champion Mare and Bundeschampioness Cindy OLD.

Her sire Fürsten-Look became riding horse Bundeschampion at the age of four and has meanwhile won up to advanced level.

Dam is St.Pr.St. Cindy OLD: 2012 Oldenburg Reserve Champion Mare and Vice State Champion, 2013 State Champion Mare and Bundeschampion. By winning the Bundeschampionat she laid the foundation for a unique family achievement: Her four full siblings Sir Heinrich OLD (2014 6yo. dressage horses), Candy OLD (2017 4yo. riding horses), Caty OLD (2018 4yo. riding horses) and Casey OLD (2020 4yo. riding horses) also secured the title of Bundeschampion in the following years.

Oldenburg performance line of El.St. Cinderella, branch of St.Pr./El.St. Cabarett.

    Successes

Curly received high individual scores at her mare performance test in 2020 (trot 9.5; canter 8.50) and an overall score of 8.20. She was awarded the Oldenburg Main Premium Candidate and nominated for the Elite Mare Show.

At the Oldenburg Elite Broodmare Show she had to give way to her Aunt Casey but still placed an excellent sixth place on the Brillantring. One week later Curly won the qualifier for the State Championships for four-year old mares and geldings and was runner-up behind Casey in the Final.

In the Bundeschampionat finals in Warendorf, Curly reached fourth place with Hermann Gerdes, with top scores (trot 10.0; training 9.0). Curly celebrated her sport debut with good placings in tests for young dressage horses. As a five-year-old, she qualified for the Bundeschampionat with Hermann Gerdes and reached the final via third place in the Small Final.

At the age of seven, Curly competed in her first M* dressage class, which she won right away under Hermann Gerdes.
